Great retros have always needed great facilitators. That’s still true. It’s also why teams struggle when their facilitator is on PTO, switches teams, or just wasn’t trained in this stuff to begin with.
Retrium Next carries the parts of facilitation that used to take training. Structure. Prompts. Timing. Follow-ups. Whoever’s running the retro this week — a team lead, a rotating volunteer, your newest engineer — has the AI supporting them the whole way.

This is a real early-stage product, and we’re being upfront about that. Things will change between now and the general release. Some flows aren’t polished yet. Some things you’d expect to see aren’t there yet. We fix the ones that get in your way fastest.
A few things teams tell us make the difference. Pick one or two teams to start — running Retrium Next in a couple of teams beats spreading it thin across ten. Give it three retros. The first is unfamiliar. By the third, teams tell us it starts to click.
Bring your real questions. The product works best when your team is actually trying to figure something out, not just kicking the tires. And when something feels rough, tell us — specifically. “This step is confusing.” “I couldn’t find X.” “We needed Y.” That’s the feedback we act on fastest.
Free during beta. No credit card, no pricing decisions yet. When we launch pricing, beta users get first look at whatever’s fair.

Before you dive in
This is a real beta. Here’s what that means.
Will my existing Retrium data come with me?
Nope. There’s no data migration during the beta. The new experience runs as a separate environment, so any retros you run there start fresh. Your existing Retrium account and data stay exactly where they are. Untouched, unchanged, right where you left them.
Is it production-ready? What about uptime?
Honestly? It’s beta. We’re stable enough that teams are running real retros on it, but we’re not making uptime guarantees yet. If something breaks, we’ll get you unblocked fast. If you’re planning your all-hands quarterly review, maybe wait for GA on that one.
How long will I have access?
Retrium Next is available throughout the beta. Once we launch generally, beta users will get first look at pricing and continuity options. We’ll give plenty of notice as we approach that transition.
What does the AI actually do?
Great question. Short version: during your retro, Retrium Next interviews each team member privately over text. It asks what’s going well, what isn’t, and follows up on what people share. Then it surfaces the themes across everyone’s responses and drafts action items your team can react to.
The AI handles the facilitation heavy lifting. Your team handles the discussion and decisions. That’s the whole idea.
What happens to what I share with the AI?
Your individual responses stay private. When the AI brings themes back to the group, it aggregates what everyone shared — your team sees patterns and topics, not who typed what.
The point is simple: people can be honest with the AI in a way that’s sometimes harder to be with the whole room. Your team gets the benefit of that honesty, and nobody gets singled out.
How do I send feedback?
